- To treat our residents with respect and to be sensitive to individual needs and abilities.
- To take our resident’s opinions and preferences into consideration.
- To encourage residents to exercise choice, to the extent that the risk assessment allows.
- To develop, maintain and maximise the full potential of each Resident.
- To promote the greatest possible independence of every resident, no matter what their level of dependency.
- To encourage residents to retain links outside of our nursing home and to use these links as a form of alternative support and source of advice.
- To enhance the quality of life in our nursing home by a wide range of activities organized and facilitated by our Activities Co-Coordinators.
